GENERAL
MIFF will take place from 1-4 March 2025 at International Trade & Exhibition Centre (MITEC) and World Trade Centre Kuala Lumpur (WTCKL).
1-4 March 2025, Friday to Monday. Opening hours are 9:30am – 6:00pm (1-3 March) and 9:30am – 5:00pm (4 March). Registration counters will be closed 30 minutes before the exhibition’s closing time.

VISITOR PRE-REGISTRATION
Pre-registration allows trade visitors to register for free admission passes in advance. With pre-registration, you can avoid long queues at registration counters for a hassle free entry into the venue.

Reprint your admission pass by scanning the QR code or key in the unique reference number (URN) that appears on your registration confirmation email at the “Print & Go” Counter at the venue.
Please provide us the name and designation of all visitors for visitor registration. The Organiser will issue separate admission passes for each visitor.
Please send us the new name or address, specifying your old address and all your new contact information (name, designation, company name, full address, telephone, fax and e-mail). Please send the details by e-mail ([email protected]) or fax (+603 9771 2799).
No, passes are non-transferrable. Instead, you may invite your colleague or friend to register before attending the event to avoid queueing.
VISITOR ADMISSION
MIFF is open to trade buyers from the industry and invited guests. Trade buyers can now pre-register online, then bring along the QR code and print the pass at the self-printing kiosk.
If you have pre-registered yourself, please proceed to the self-printing kiosk to print your badge by using the QR code from your confirmation email.
Visitors who register after 16 February 2024, will be charged an entrance fee of RM20.
MIFF is open to public on 4 March 2025, the last day of the exhibition.
The dress code is strictly casual business attire. No shorts, singlet or slippers are allowed. The organiser has the right to refuse entry to anyone who is inappropriately dressed.
People under the age of 16 are not allowed to enter the exhibition halls.
Students can visit the show on 3 and 4 March 2025 by presenting their student ID cards at the registration counters for free admission.
Photography and videography are not allowed at the show without prior notice.
