MIFF 2025 will be carried out in two different venues— MITEC and WTCKL, which are situated in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Both venues are equipped to the nines with state-of-the-art technology, making them the perfect locations for world-class conventions, exhibitions, concerts, corporate functions, and most importantly – MIFF 2025.

Malaysia International Trade and Exhibition Centre (MITEC)

A masterpiece of design, MITEC is set to be Malaysia’s largest exhibition space, with an estimated 40,000 daily visits. Supported by state-of-the-art facilities, it is the ideal venue to hold an international furniture exhibition like MIFF.

World Trade Centre Kuala Lumpur (WTCKL)

The WTCKL, being located in the heart of Kuala Lumpur, is easily accessible from the airport and anywhere else in the city. Since the MIFF brand came to be in 1995, all of its exhibitions have taken place in the WTCKL.

The value of Malaysian Wood

Chengal, merbau, rubberwood—these high-quality timbers, plus many other important tree species, grow abundantly in the expansive rainforests of Malaysia. These trees have been put to great use by the local culture for generations, especially in traditional Malay woodcarving.

The Malaysian wooden furniture industry is a highly respected one, so much that the local government has made multiple targeted investments in this sector – including training schools – within the last decade. It’s why the country has a workforce that’s more than qualified to craft wooden furniture capable of meeting the standards of the USA, Japan, China, and various other countries looking for high quality wooden furniture.
